Here's my final big board for the 2025 NFL Draft cycle

It’s here, my final top 400 big board for the 2025 NFL Draft. The 2025 class is one of the most confusing I’ve scouted. There isn’t much top-end talent, but the clusters of prospects in the second and fourth rounds give the class a surprising amount of depth. The pool of players competing for the final positions in the top 100 is immense.

I’m a little disappointed this cycle is already over but also happy to finally throw my full weight into next year’s evaluations. I’ll probably still feature mostly 2025 content through the end of the month, but expect things to begin shifting over to 2026 reports and commentary in May.

Notes & Rules

1. These are my final rankings that will be submitted to The Huddle Report for their annual top 100 contest.

2. Most of the players who shifted from March to April hovered in the 75 to 135 range. This is such a weird class because it’s light at the top but deep in that late-third to early-fifth round range. There’s not a lot separating those groups.

3. A prospect’s tier is more important than their individual ranking. The tier system is the easiest way I have to bucket players right now.

4. Many prospect rankings are interchangeable within their own tiers. Prospects can rise as high as the top of their bucket or sink as low as the bottom.

5. Positional value is a minor factor and isn’t weighted heavily.

6. I tend to weigh injuries less heavily than most. Call me a fool for believing in modern medicine. However, significant medical concerns were taken into account when ordering the board.

7. I still feel like I want to watch more players from this class and go back to re-check previous evaluations, but it’s time to let go and move on.
