I think he has more options than most of the players I listed since he's only a true junior. Other true juniors ranked above him in the class include Kaleb Johnson, Omarion Hampton, Nicholas Singleton and Quinshon Judkins. Some people might have Le'Veon Moss (just suffered a season-ending injury) and Jaydn Ott (hurt all year/on a bad team) higher as well.
With that much underclassman talent available and a loaded senior pool, I think it's reasonable for a player in that 4th or 5th round range like Coleman to return to school. So no, it's not a guarantee for him to declare
