NFL Draft 2026: Sam Teets Final Top 350 Big Board
I graded more than 380 prospects in the 2026 NFL Draft class but still feel like I left a lot of quality Day 3 players on the table.
The 2026 NFL Draft is upon us. By the time you’re reading this, it will be Draft Eve, one of the most exciting and stressful days of the year. With this cycle about to close for good, I put the final touches on my final top 350 prospect big board. These are the rankings I will submit to The Huddle Report, so they will not be edited after going live.
It has been a fun but chaotic cycle. I flew from New Jersey to California five times in the past four months, which cost me dozens of prospects and posts during those weeks. Despite the increase in travel, I still managed to grade more than 380 prospects in the class (only ranked 350) but missed out on players I wanted to grade.
Some of the prospects I’m the most bummed about missing out on are USC’s Lake McRee, Northwestern’s Evan Beerntsen, Texas’ Cole Brevard, Miami (OH)’s Jackson Kuwatch, Georgia Tech’s Ahmari Harvey, and the list goes on.
My consistency publishing reports was also impacted by the volume of travel, as was my work at Chiefs Wire. Now that I understand what my winter and spring travel schedule can look like, I plan to adapt and perform better next year.
Even if this big board isn’t as comprehensive as in past years, I hope it still provides you all with something fun to read through before Thursday night.
Top 100 Position Group Breakdown
Wide receivers account for the most prospects with 17. Bryce Lance didn’t make the cut, but he and Skyler Bell received significant consideration.
Sixteen edge rushers made the top 100. The number was originally 17, but I bumped Joshua Josephs out at the last minute in favor of Kaleb Proctor. Surely that won’t come back to bite me.
Corners and nickels accounted for 13 players (not including Treydan Stukes). This is one of the most volatile position groups toward the back of the top 100. Will Lee III, Devin Moore, and Chandler Rivers just missed the list.
Nine offensive tackles are in the top 100, and Markel Bell and Travis Burke aren’t among them.
Eight was a popular number. That’s how many linebackers, interior defensive linemen, and safeties are in the top 100. It hurt my heart, but Kamari Ramsey and Jadon Canady finished outside the century mark. Gracen Halton, Darrell Jackson Jr., and Chris McClellan represent a robust fourth round of defensive tackles who also missed the cut.
The top 100 includes seven guards. Billy Schrauth was tempting to include, but I left him off.
Six tight ends landed in the top 100. That feels like one too many.
Three running backs and quarterbacks earned spots. I’m not proud of that third and final quarterback. Don’t ask me about him.
I only picked two centers, but there are four or five who could earn third round grades from NFL teams.
Higher and Lower
I’ll note that I am significantly lower than the consensus and NFL insiders on several prospects. I just want to mention some of them here to get it out of the way. For my rankings, including Nick Barrett, Markel Bell, Travis Burke, Keyshaun Elliott, Taylen Green, Brian Parker II, VJ Payne, Cole Payton, or Jake Slaughter in the top 120 was completely out of the question.
I see those nine prospects apparently very differently than many in both the media and NFL. I’d be happy to discuss my thought process if anyone wants to reach out.
On a more positive subject, I am a firm believer in the following prospects who finished outside my top 120 due to the sheer volume of players: Rayshaun Benny, Josh Cameron, Albert Regis, Beau Stephens, and Keagen Trost.
Background to Read
I always like to include a few rules to help readers understand my process and methodology. Please read these before you dive into the big board.
1. A prospect’s tier is more important than their individual ranking. I place players in general buckets using the tier system. The tiers revolve around both general round grade and the confidence level I have in that prospect’s ability to succeed (that last part is why Tier 6 exists).
2. Most prospects are interchangeable within their own tiers. Players can rise as high as the top of their bucket or sink as low as the bottom.
3. Because this board combines my rankings with predictive elements, I have taken positional value into account for the top 100 selections (the only reason a certain QB made the top 100). However, I didn’t lean on positional value as much for the Day 3 prospects. It would’ve been too messy to re-order that many players.
4. Medicals and off-field concerns were considered (see Eric McAlister).
5. Once you get toward the back half of Tier 8, I think you could argue that every remaining player on the whole board is underrated. There are a lot of players I would love to rank higher, but the grades are the grades.
